My name is Milad Karimpour. I am a civil engineer based in Hamburg, with over 10 years of professional experience – including more than three years as the responsible site manager on large residential, office and commercial projects, from the structural shell through façade and roof to handover and defect management. That hands-on experience helps me classify damage quickly: what is harmless, what is urgent, and what needs to be checked on site?
Independent and honest
With MilMark Concept, I advise tenants, owners and buyers across Germany via photos and phone, and on site in Hamburg and the surrounding area. I do not sell repairs and I do not refer you to companies. If something is harmless, I will say so. If it is not, I will say that too.

- TÜV-certified expert for building damage – Certificate No. 4041049 (PersCert TÜV, TÜV Rheinland Akademie GmbH), valid until 27 Aug 2028, verifiable at www.certipedia.com (ID 85834)
- Member of the Hamburg Chamber of Engineers (Hamburgische Ingenieurkammer-Bau), listed as an engineer authorised to submit building plans (bauvorlageberechtigt)
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Islamic Azad University, 2013), officially assessed by the Central Office for Foreign Education (ZAB/KMK) as equivalent to a German bachelor’s degree
- Professional title “Ingenieur”, conferred by the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (2018)
- Further training in HOAI, VOB, the Hamburg Building Code and DIN standards (2023)
- Over 10 years of professional experience, including more than 3 years as a responsible site manager (e.g. residential quarters with underground car park, KfW 40 efficiency standard, office high-rise)
- Languages: Persian (native), German (C1)
